    Can you discuss the quality of your work?

    THS has an unwavering commitment to quality-control.  With 7 years of full-time experience focused on residential construction, 15+ years of seasonal experience in multiple trades, and a lifetime of passion for construction, my mission is to provide the highest level of quality to every project.

    What payment options do you accept?

    All payments can be made through electronic invoicing via debit/credit cards.

    How quickly can I get an appointment?

    All estimates are initiated through our online form.  Once we have the details of your project you can expect an estimate within 24-48 hours.  A start date for construction is typically within 2-4 weeks.

    What are your prices?

    We offer slightly different billing options than most contractors.  While we do offer "flat rate" prices in the form of "do-not-exceed" prices in our estimates, you only pay for the time actually dedicated to your project.  We bill by the hour with rates currently at $85/hour for Mansfield and towns within 20 miles, $90/hour for towns 20 miles or more, and $80 for 70+ seniors.

    Seasonal Maintenence Tips: Spring
    1) Inspect Roof: Check for damaged or missing shingles to prevent leaks. Winter weather can cause wear & tear, so seasonal inspection is ideal.

    2) Clean Gutters: Remove debris to ensure proper drainage and prevent water damage to the roof, siding, and foundation. Clogged gutters can lead to costly repairs.

    3) Service HVAC: Have your HVAC system inspected and serviced. This ensures optimal efficiency and identifies any issues before they become bigger problems.

    4) Check Plumbing: Look for leaks in faucets, pipes, and hoses. Fixing leaks early conserves water & prevents potential water damage, and mold growth.

    5) Inspect Exterior: Check siding, brickwork, and paint for damage. Caulking cracks and repainting protects against moisture penetration and extends the lifespan of your home's exterior. 

    6) Test Smoke Alarms: Ensure all smoke alarms & carbon monoxide detectors work properly. Spring cleaning can uncover dust or debris that may interfere with their function.

    7) Landscaping Maintenance: Trim trees and bushes away from the house to prevent damage from overgrowth. Also, inspect the yard for any drainage issues to prevent flooding or erosion around the foundation.
